Do you have a creative idea in the field of Culture or leisure and would like to make a positive impact in your municipality or region?
Then take part in the Umbrella Mini Project Culture / Leisure of the region LEADER Zentrum Westen!
Whether music, theatre, literature, sport or exciting leisure activities - with the Umbrella Project: Culture / Leisure we want to support small, voluntary initiatives in our region to help them bring their ideas to life easily and without excessive bureaucracy.
Such Umbrella mini-projects make a significant contribution to the quality of life in our communities.
They bring people together, revitalise village life and create new opportunities for all generations.
What is an umbrella project?
An umbrella project (also known as a mini-project) is a specific type of LEADER project. In this context, the LEADER region defines a thematic area under which various small-scale projects can be carried out.
For project initiators, this means:
- Minimal paperwork
- Clear budget guidelines
- Guidance and support throughout implementation
What can be funded?
Project ideas from the areas:
- culture: Exhibitions, readings, creative workshops, theatre, music, etc.
- Leisure: Play and physical activity projects, nature exploration, intergenerational activities, etc.
The project ideas can cover both areas or only one of them.
Conditions:
Financial support per mini-project: up to €4,000
Duration: up to 12 months
Who can apply?
Clubs, associations, schools, local commissions, scout groups, youth groups, retirement homes, etc.
