- Definition of the target group and their needs for a high-quality tourist offer around the topic of wine architecture
- Study trip along the Moselle & examples in other regions
- Catalogue of criteria for the selection of wine towns and wineries (quality of architecture, opening hours for tourists, ...)
- Inventory of suitable wineries and locations on the Moselle (DE, FR, LU)
- Development of a follow-up project to the cross-border WineArchitectureRoute in the European Moselle Valley from Toul (FR) via Schengen (LU) to Koblenz (DE)
- Funding application in the INTERREG VA Greater Region program, from which the Via Mosel' later emerged: viamosel.com
