- Development and realisation of up to 12 new, architecturally high-quality overnight accommodation structures (new construction or conversion) in the LEADER communities in order to strengthen tourist attractiveness and infrastructure.
- Organisation of an architectural competition modelled on the „Kabaisercher am Minett-Trail“.
- Identification of suitable properties/sites by municipalities, winegrowers, farmers and other stakeholders.
- Selection of up to 12 locations by a jury.
- Commissioning of architectural firms with preliminary designs and later detailed planning.
- Evaluation, ranking and awarding of a project contract per location
