Offensive, racist, sexist or obscene comments, as well as incitement to violence or hatred, are strictly prohibited. Such comments will be deleted and reported. Similarly, any commercial content and the systematic dissemination of disinformation or conspiracy theories will be removed.

Please avoid comments or replies to posts that are off-topic. Repeating the same content across multiple posts is considered spam and may be deleted or hidden. The same applies to posts in the chat.

In the event of breaches of the netiquette rules, the relevant accounts may be blocked in justified exceptional circumstances.

Comments, messages and enquiries on the social media platforms Facebook and Instagram are dealt with from Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Outside these hours, as well as at weekends and on public holidays, we cannot guarantee that the pages will be managed continuously.
